Punk is often socially engaged, but the nature of that engagement can vary. Индульгенция (Indulgencia) might step on the toes of many punks with Феминистка (Feminist, 2014).
Christian values
Their stance comes from values unusual in the genre, namely Christian ones – and that might be the most punk thing of all.

Indulgence
Индульгенция (Indulgencia) are from Kaliningrad (formerly known as Königsberg). The band’s name reflects the concept of indulgence, fitting with their socially critical themes. Album titles like Я враг государства (I Am the Enemy of the State, 2011) and Свобода от рабства (Freedom from Slavery, 2012) testify to their vision.
Feministka
The song Феминистка (Feministka) is on the album Unity (2019), after having been released as a standalone track five years earlier. It sparked controversy due to its derogatory portrayal of feminists, or at least one of them.
Ugarelaja
She is угорелая (crazy) and такая тупая (so dumb), как весь этот мир (like the whole world) and такая кривая (so crooked, skewed, wrong), like everyone around her (как все вокруг). The чёрно-белая (black and white) makes for a smooth rhyme with feministka ugarelaja, and off we go again. Lyrics with stress marks below.
